Band Pass Filter - only allows a specfic band of frequencies to pass and all above and below that band are filtered out. As can be seen by the phase shift the circuit starts off highly capacitive (+90 degrees) at the low frequencies and becomes highly inductive (-90 degrees) at the higher frequencies.
