1. cap 0V. 2V. 4V, 15V and 20V 2. find the total resitance of the varactor and C1, 3. apply the power and set the varactor bias voltage R1 to zero. 4. Turn on and set the function generator to 1 volt at 50 kHz. 5. Set the oscilloscope and probes for 10x and low volage. Set AC coupling on chanel 1 and DC coupling on Channel 2 to observe the bias voltage. 5. Slowly adjust the frequency and watch for a sudden increase in amplitude.
