This circuit is first a difference amplifier that low pass filters the signal with one pole and also attenuates the signal.
Next in the path is a second order low pass filter.
A summing junction follows shifts the level of the AC input into an only positive signal that is centered at 1.25 V.
A buffer amp is next in line that prepares the signal for the final impedance matching filter before the analog to digital conversion.
All together this a fifth order linear system.
