rtl NAND Gate

Resistor Transistor Logic : In this design two transistors are placed in series. If one transistor is off current doesnot reaches to the ground and we will get output as logic high(logic 1). If two transistors are on the current from Vcc reaches to the ground so we get output as logic low (logic 0). By placing two transistors in series we will get output as NAND gate . If we place two transistors parrallel we get output logic as NOR gate.
