So it seems the current LIVE given access to PLTW does not have a BCD driver IC. This circuit uses the CA 7 segment display and has the connections ABCD for each segment. You might need to delete the connections to make it work. Thanks much to Gary Cotie for the 2 display version that I simplified here to one display.
