Missing pulse detector, also called a negative-recovery monostable, using the 555 timer. Note: Vtrglf has a duty cycle of 74% instead of 75%. This was done so that the rising and falling edges of Vtrghf and Vtrglf do not cross. This results to a clean waveform at the base of the BJT.
