Frequency to voltage for fault detection circuit

convert the frequency from the level turbine transmitter to a voltage, then compare that voltage to the voltage coming from a pressure transducer, through a multiplier, if the output of the multiplier is close to 1 then there is not deviation, if the deviation is 10% more than 1 for example, then there is a deviation and the level glass must be inspected to see which device is reading correctly.
