This is a two-input OR gate using two n-channel MOSFETs. The circuit is saved for Transient simulation with Siaxt1 and Siaxt2 thrown down. This selects two square wave signals in quadrature as input to the OR gate. For Interactive simulation Siaxt1 and/or Siaxt2 can be thrown up to select the SPDT switches which provide Vdd or GND as input signals to the OR gate.
