Ring modulator with DC offset used to produce DSB AM with carrier. The unmodulated carrier voltage is 750 mV peak, and the DC offset is likewise set for 750 mV. The modulating signal's peak voltage is 395 mV, yielding a modulation index of 0.48, very close to 50%.
