Converts a single-ended analog 1.5Vpp (Mitsubishi encoder) signal A and B to differential analog 1Vpp (typical sin-cos encoder) signal using two operational amplifiers. The input signal is fed to noninverting and inverting amplifiers producing two output signals which are 180° out of phase.
