This circuit shows how to use a Wheatstone Bridge and a Differential Amplifier to generate a voltage signal that is suitablefor an ADC (0 to 3.3 volt range, 12bit).
R1 is a voltage devider that is set just below the lowest value of R2.
The differential amplifier amplification is chosen so that the highest value of R2 produces a voltage just below the maximum of the ADC.
