A series RL circuit with an AC voltage source, an inductive load (L1) and a resistive (R1) load. The default parameters are chosen so that the inductive reactance (wL) is much larger than the resistance (R) so that we are primarily looking at the effect of just an inductor in an AC circuit. The circuit is arranged so that we can measure the current, the voltage across the inductor, and the voltage across the AC source.
