This circuit is a single stage amplifier that simulates the echo pulse of ultrasonic sensor using a continuous clocking source (V2) at 50mV and 1Mhz frequency. As a result, the signal is filtered, rectified and amplified to a decent level of 3.5 V which is readable by a microcontroller.
