Output characteristic of a PMOS - IDS vs VDS V00_R00

Circuit Description

Circuit Graph

This is a non-premium way of determining the output characteristic of a NMOS - the IDS x VDS curve. How to use: the standard output is ID as a function of time. Use the VGS_equals_1V:V to map the desired pair (VDS, time). Use the found time in any VGS_equals_XV curve to finally detemrine the pair (ID, VDS).
