Police Siren and Lights

This was originally 2 seperate circuits that I found on http://www.555-timer-circuits.com/. One for a duel blinking light, and one for a siren. I changed the values of R2 and C1, to get a sightly better cycle period. Also, the 200 Hz buzzer is, in reality, a simple 5 V piezo.
