The input signal is in the non-inverting input of the OpAmp.
The inverting input of the OpAmp is connected to the reference potential - ground.
The noninverting amplifier increases voltage, i.e. multiplies voltage to a positive constant:
Vout=Vin*(R1+R2)/R1.
The gain of the scheme is always grater than 1:
Gain=1+R2/R1.
The input resistance is: Rin=∞.
The output resistance is: Rout=0.
