This Greinacher Circuit takes an AC voltage as input and outputs a doubled DC voltage. The Villard Circuit is also known as the Voltage Double or Villard Doubler. Notice that the Greinacher Circuit is a combination of a Clamper Circuit and Peak Detector Circuit. Vout = 2 * Vpeak Vout = 2 * 170 = 340VDC
